These Terms and Conditions govern the Facilitation Services that Workalat will make available to you, and are in addition to any website terms of use that apply from time to time to your use of the Website. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) contain important information about your legal rights and obligations and form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, the “Customer”), and TRIPPLE O LIMITED, trading as Workalat ("we", "us", "Workalat").
By using our Website, submitting a request for services, or clicking accept when prompted, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, and confirm that you will comply with them.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not use our Website or Services. If you are using Workalat on behalf of a business or organisation, you must have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.
You may only use the Website if you are at least 18 years old.

1. Definitions and Interpretation
“Project Request” – a service request submitted by a Customer through Workalat.
“Customer” / “you” – individuals or businesses using the Website to find a Professional.
“Customer Contract” – the agreement between a Customer and a Professional for the provision of Services.
“Facilitation Services” – the process of introducing Customers to Professionals via Workalat.
“Professional” – the service provider offering their services to Customers.
“Services” – the professional services delivered by a Professional to a Customer.
“Website” – www.workalat.com
2. Facilitation Services
2.1 Workalat operates as an online platform that introduces potential Customers to Professionals across a wide range of services.
2.2 Customers submit service Requests, and Workalat uses its algorithms to match Customers with Professionals who may be able to meet their needs.
2.3 To use the Facilitation Services, you must accept these Terms. A separate Customer Contract must always be made directly between you and the Professional for any Services you choose to purchase. Workalat is not a party to this contract.
2.4 Your Request may be verified before release. Incorrect contact details or suspicious activity may result in rejection.
2.5 Once verified, you may receive contact from up to five Professionals who can fulfil your requirements, or you may contact Professionals yourself.
2.6 Workalat does not endorse or guarantee that any Professional is suitable. You are solely responsible for assessing suitability before entering into a Customer Contract.
2.7 If you hire a Professional, the Services are provided by the Professional directly. Workalat is not responsible for the performance of any Professional.
2.8 Customers may leave reviews of Professionals on the Website. Reviews must be honest, lawful, and based on genuine experience. Offensive, unlawful, or misleading reviews may be removed.
2.9 Workalat is not responsible for the content of any third-party sites linked to from the Website, including Professional websites.
2.10 The Facilitation Services are provided to Customers free of charge.
Important: Workalat only facilitates introductions. Any issues with Services provided must be resolved directly with the Professional, not Workalat.
3. Ending Our Agreement
3.1 You may end this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use our Facilitation Services. If you hold a customer account, you may request closure by contacting us.
3.2 Ending this Agreement does not affect any Customer Contract you have with a Professional.
3.3 We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you breach these Terms;
- you provide false or misleading information;
- your actions risk harm, liability, or unlawful activity; or
- we are required to do so by law.
4. Professional Rankings
4.1 When you submit a Project Request, Workalat generates a list of Professionals who may be suitable.
4.2 Professionals are ranked using an algorithm that values factors such as:
- profile completeness and experience,
- positive reviews and high review scores,
- responsiveness to Customers,
- activity and engagement on the platform.

6. Liability
6.1 Workalat is not responsible for the performance of any Professional. Your legal rights and remedies lie directly against the Professional you contract with.
6.2 We shall not be liable for loss, damage, or disputes arising from your dealings with Professionals.
6.3 You are solely responsible for evaluating and determining the suitability of any Professional.
6.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
- any matter we cannot legally exclude.
6.5 We accept no liability for third-party websites linked to on our Website.
If you are a consumer
6.6 Facilitation Services are provided for private, non-commercial use. We have no liability for business-related losses.
If you are a business
6.7 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied terms.
6.8 We will not be liable for any:
- loss of profits, sales, or revenue,
- business interruption,
- loss of anticipated savings,
- loss of goodwill or reputation, or
- indirect or consequential loss.
6.9 By using Workalat, you release us from any claims or disputes arising out of your dealings with Professionals.
6.10 You agree to indemnify and hold Workalat, its directors, officers, and staff harmless against claims or damages arising from your use of the Facilitation Services.
7. General Provisions
7.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7.2 We may transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another organisation.
7.3 You may not transfer your rights without our prior written consent.
7.4 This Agreement does not grant rights to third parties.
7.5 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain enforceable.
7.6 Delay in enforcing these Terms does not mean we waive our rights.
If you are a consumer
7.7 These Terms are governed by English law. You may bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland/Northern Ireland if you live there.
If you are a business
7.8 These Terms are governed exclusively by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
7.9 Workalat may record calls for quality and training purposes. By using our Services, you consent to such recordings unless you notify us otherwise.
7.10 Communications from us will be mainly electronic. By using our Services, you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
